EP Jazz Nights : 2nd Anniversary
EP Jazz Nights has grown into a solid name in Jakarta jazz scene. EP Jazz Nights is a regular event at by Eastern Promise, Kemang, Jakarta every Wednesday night, from 8:00 PM till midnight. This event was made by Stefan Thiele, a jazz pianist from Germany that also hosts the show. What’s special about this weekly event is the jam session that always comes after the first session. Many great musicians from different background can always come and play together. Already for two years every Wednesday, this Wednesday, June 24, 2009, Eastern Promise will once again host Jakarta’s leading jazz jam session to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary.
We want to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary in style,with you and all musicians who participated in the last two years.
Our Houseband kicks off at 8 pm (Jakarta Local Time) with:

Donny Sundjoyo – bass
Eddy Syakroni – drums
Stefan Thiele – piano

And of course JAM SESSION.. Jakarta’s finest jazz musicans are expected to hit the stage until late.
